Project Description

Sunset Neon pulled out all the stops for the new-build Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location in Orangeville, Ontario, part of DQ's expansion and modernization program.

The Orangeville Dairy Queen uses all the sign components of Sunset Neon's DQ program: an awning installation, LED eyebrow canopy, fascia sign boxes, window signs, directional signs, and an insert in the common tenant pylon. With the Sunset Neon embellishments, the franchiser, John Lockyer, has it all—except for the full pylon with message centre he wanted, which unfortunately turned out to be against the landlord's rules. Even though Lockyer's original DQ had one of the highest volumes of sales in Ontario and he's moved to a location with a lower traffic count, the new store with the complete sign package has increased his numbers. The sign package has proved to be an excellent investment.
